I have everything P&S have ever printed, and it’s all fabulous, especially, ahem, a certain memoir. And if you don’t know about And Now We Are Going to Have a Party: Liner Notes to a Writer’s Early Life, well, go take a look at the tidbits such as videos of me reading, exerpts, photos of all the deliciousness, interviews, reviews, and more, all conveniently gathered here. I think $50 is an excellent price and, hey, it’s autumn any minute now, and after autumn comes the holiday season…
Sale! Can’t resist. I’ll but another Party copy for one of my friends. And a third one I can take to Mexico in November. Thanks for posting this.
karina, my please, most definitely
And this is how Karina uses her money game-chips… I should (start playing and) win the lottery one day. You’d be onto the 5th edition of your memoir if it was up to me.
Done. I also got <>The Darkening Garden<>. Life is good.
The problem I have with the lottery plan is always forgetting to buy the tickets. Tuh.
AH HA! I think I’ll buy one of those buggers!
ANWAGTHAP or a lottery ticket? Good luck and much enjoyment with both/either.
It’s no wonder I’ve never played the lottery. I’ve been given three chances to choose between a ticked or ANWAGTHAP, and I always take the Party without any hesitation. >>We’ll have to trick me into becoming an instant millionaire. The next edition of ANWAGTHAP should come with a sticker, “Candidate must present a recently purchased lottery ticket to be considered a reader worthy of becoming this author’s future sponsor. Others need not apply.” Hm… too long for a sticker. But hey, there’s always the belly band. Lots of room for coercive messages there.
Even with this sale, I can’t afford ANWAGTHAP! >>That lottery is looking really good right now. Can’t afford to play that either.>>Sheesh.
karina, janine, oh, I know all about those bloody choices/priorities. I’ve just seen a painting I really want and can’t afford and I want to *kick* something. Grrr.
Can’t remember if I asked you what the painting-you-can’t-afford was… I know I did in my head.
Oh, and rereading this thread I thought, “It’s really cool that Janine won ANWAGTHAP!”
karina, no, I don’t think you did ask. But I’m not inclined to say just yet.
