Today I’ll be busy doing many things, including having a life. My plan: make a cup of tea, take it and a book to the comfy sofa, drink it while gradually forgetting the book and instead stare out of the window at the insane squirrels. (They’ve gone quite bonkers today, not sure why, but it’s as good as a play: run, shriek, fluff, run, zip up and down a tree, chatter in full aggression display, run, shriek, repeat–four of them dashing about. One just tried to rip the cap off the fencepost.)
It’s a good plan for a Sunday. What’s yours?
My sunday has just about ended (it's 10 pm here) and I've basically done nothing. Okay, I've cooked three meals and baked cookies, and spent some time filling in forms for my visa application (going to the US for an internship soon).
Now to crawl into bed with a good book and my sunday is done.
Worked 7 hours at REI, then came home and heated up beef stew (I made last night) for dinner. Prolly wash some clothes then veg out by reading The Magicians or watching TV till bedtime. I lead an exciting life.
Badger, that sounds like a pretty good day. Apart from filling in forms. Never have liked that. Good luck with the visa.
Dianne, sometimes I enjoy humdrum days.
On the other hand, my best friend, who already owns 5(?) dogs, 3 cats and 2 horses, just bought another horse (shown here with a previous foal): http://www.warmbloods-for-sale.com/SoldHorseDetail.asp?HorseID=14197&UserID=1388
I live vicariously through all my online friends.
