The honeysuckle is blossoming, twining vinously over everything. Sort of like my Hild sentences.
The vines, though, will just get bigger and bigger whereas Hild, overall, is shrinking. I’m pruning and tidying in lit world while letting garden world run riot. Now if the hummingbirds would just show up…

jeanne, the easy bits are easy and fun, but some is hard: I mourn some luscious scenes that aren't strictly necessary. But it makes the book better.

jeanne, well, some parts of the cycle are more fun than others. But you have to go through them all.
It is on this side of the water, much the same. White wall of fog behind the houses across the street. Makes you think anything could be going on over there. A transport ship did pass earlier, sounding a horn every few seconds, so even with the foghorn at Three Tree Point things down there are somewhat treacherous for small craft.
Once, I haven't heard any foghorns, still. The mist has finally burnt off. Hopefully the clouds are next…
